Founded by Peter and Stacey Pavov, along with their daughter Aleks, Our Creamery blends Italian dairy tradition with Irish craftsmanship to create award-winning cheeses. With more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and deep roots in Mullingar, the Pavov family brings passion and expertise to every handcrafted product.

Their signature Smoked Provola Cheese has already earned acclaim, winning a Gold Award for Best Smoked Cheese and two stars at the prestigious Great Taste Awards. What makes it unique is their artisanal process: each cheese is smoked by hand using a distinctive blend of maple wood and salvaged whiskey barrel shavings, gifted by friends from local distilleries. The result is a cheese with a beautifully balanced flavour—subtly smoky, with sweet, caramely notes and just a hint of whiskey that complements its natural lactic, lightly salty character.
